When you visit Mintlaw Judo Club please make yourself known to Tracey (Club Secretary).

You will be asked to complete a small registration form about you and your contact details.

You will be introduced to your club coach Fergus and other students.

Tracey will walk you through our dress code and hold on to any personal belongings if required i.e. jewellery, watches, mobile phones etc. (Mintlaw Judo Club has a small quantity of loan suits that can be borrowed nightly on a first come basis).

You will be asked to sign in and pay a weekly tuition fee of £2:60 (Juniors) £2:60 (Seniors).

Your first night however is Free.

Later, once you have shown interest in Judo and the club you will be encouraged to obtain a judo licence from the Scottish Judo Federation, the benefits of which will be explained clearly to you.

Once on the mat Fergus (your coach) will tutor you and fellow students alike. At the end of the session we hope you had fun and feel you learned something about judo and the club.
